By downloading, installing, or using StackWM, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

1. License Grant

StackWM is licensed, not sold. Subject to your purchase of a valid license key, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to install and use StackWM according to your purchased tier:

All tiers are for individual, personal use only. The software may not be used by organizations, teams, or multiple people sharing a single license. Each user in a team or organization must purchase a separate license.

2. Payment and Licensing

  • One-time purchase: StackWM requires a one-time payment. There are no recurring subscription fees.
  • Payment processor: Purchases are handled by Creem (creem.io). By purchasing, you agree to Creem's terms of service.
  • License keys: Your license key is personal and non-transferable. Keep it secure.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If StackWM does not meet your expectations, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, all sales are final.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
  • Redistribute, rent, lease, sublicense, or resell the software or license keys.
  • Share your license key with other people or use it on devices not owned by you.
  • Use the software for any illegal purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

StackWM, including its source code, design, and all original content, remains the sole property of the developer. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.

6. No Warranty ("As-Is")

STACKWM IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. USE THE SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of data or lost profits — arising from your use or inability to use StackWM.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located within the United States.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top when changes occur. Continued use of the software after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
